The procrastination ads, in particular, seem to be designed to grab attention with their over-the-top energy, loud narration, and dramatic hand gestures. And then there are the more... unconventional ads, like the ones claiming hypnosis training or DNA repair through blinking. Patrick Jane-style, indeed! But, as you said, the procrastination ads do seem to work – at least, in the sense that they motivate you to hit that skip button ASAP!
